FM Insulation Supplies began its journey in 1995, initially managed by Mike Flavell on behalf of Cape-Modern Pty. Ltd. of Perth, Western Australia. The original mission was to represent Cape-Modern's east-coast operations and establish robust import and distribution networks for insulation materials. In 2001, the shift from being a subsidiary to a family-owned entity marked a new era under the Flavell Management & Industrial Services Pty. Ltd.
